Currently we are providing Free Delivery in bangalore location only and with in the city limits only, If it is outside the Bangalore City Limits, there will be a charge of 100 to 350/- depending on the locations and. If you have different requirement Please call us!

For Batteries:
All Car Battery, UPS, Inverter battery , orders received before 4 PM are typically processed the same day and installed within 1-4 Hours* of receiving the order.
Battery orders received after 4 PM may be delivered the same day. In case same day delivery is not possible, orders will be delivered and installed the next day.

Exceptions
For Bike/Motorcycle/small AH Batteries and single Trolley will be delivered with in 48 hours and there may be shipping charges applicable
For 35Ah and below 35AH batteries, Deliveries will not be on time, it may take 4-5 hour or next business work day, based on delivery person Schedule

For Inverters & Home UPS
Orders for any UPS for home are processed, delivered and installed within 1-4 Hours* of receiving an order.

For Solar Products & Online UPS
Orders for UPS Systems are typically shipped and installed within 24-48 Hours* of receiving an order. High capacity UPS Systems (> 3 kVA) can, however, take up to 3-10 days for delivery and installation.

We Provide Free Installation for Car batteries, Inverter Batteries, UPS!

For Inverter Battery Combo, we will install the UPS/Inverter and Battery and Plug in to the UPS Main Point only and it is Free of Charge!

If there is No UPS Main Plug Point then customer needs to make arrangement of the UPS Main Plug Point from the Mains.  If not, Customer can request our technican to make the UPS Main Plug Point from Mains and this will be charged Extra Rs 750 Labour for Making the UPS Main Plug Point and wires, socket,switches ,etc are Charged Extra at actuals. Pls note this should be done via appointment!

Exchange of Old battery will picked up during Delivery itself, it is applicable only in Bangalore
The exchange offer is not valid if the actual capacity is different from the selected capacity.(Pls note, if there is difference of Capacities, the customer may require to topup the money)

Paltronics aims to ship items within 2 business day of receipt of payment.
All deliveries from Paltronics will be within business hours, 10am to 5pm, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Estimated delivery time is normally 1 – 7 business days depending on your location and stock availability.
Any delivery or dispatch times advised are estimates only and Paltronics shall not be liable for failure to meet such times nor shall the customer be entitled to reject the goods or to treat the contract as repudiated in the event of any such failure. Paltronics must be notified of any alleged non-delivery, short delivery or damage to the goods forthwith and failure to give such notice shall mean that the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted/delivered and the customer shall be bound to pay accordingly

In the event that logistic partner delivers goods to you and you are not available to receive the goods, Paltronics reserves the right to charge additional fees for all costs incurred as a result of having to deliver the goods on another day suitable to you and to Paltronics.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods prior to accepting delivery. If the goods are visibly damaged when the courier delivers them to you – please reject the delivery. Once you have signed for the package you are accepting the parcel in its damaged condition. Paltronics cannot offer any assistance once you have signed and received a damaged product. Please contact us immediately when rejecting delivery.

A Paltronics representative will contact you and notify you of an estimated time of arrival in the event that an item is out of stock. You may cancel your order once notified of the backorder or discuss alternate products to suit your requirements. Any variation in price will be invoiced to the customer.
